We ship orders within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
If the item is out of stock, we will order it from our supplier before shipping from our store, which may cause delays.

Standard Delivery (Most Affordable)

• Carrier: Japan Post
• Delivery time: 2 weeks – 1 month
• Some countries may take over 1 month; delays may occur

• Note: For US destinations, Standard Shipping may not be available due to Japan Post’s suspension.

How to check shipping costs≫

In some cases, packages may be returned to us for reasons such as an incomplete/incorrect shipping address or the package not being collected from the post office within the holding period.

If your order is returned to us, the shipping cost for resending will be charged to the customer.
If you prefer to cancel instead, we will issue a refund for the order amount minus the original shipping cost.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country/region’s regulations. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee. *For orders shipped within Japan, 10% Japanese consumption tax will be added.*

US Orders (Customs Duties and Shipping after August 29, 2025)

Starting August 29, 2025, the United States has abolished the de minimis exemption (previously USD 800 tax-free). This means all imports to the US are now subject to customs duties and taxes, regardless of the declared value.

We ship under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Duties, taxes, and handling fees are charged by the carrier upon delivery and are the recipient’s responsibility. These charges are not included at checkout.

Important Shipping Notice:
• Since August 27, 2025, Japan Post (EMS & parcels) has suspended most shipments of goods to the US.
• If you select Express Delivery, we will ship by DHL.
• If you select Standard Shipping, your order may not be deliverable due to the suspension.
✅ For guaranteed delivery, please choose Express Delivery (DHL).

Canada Orders (Taxes and Duties)

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import taxes (GST/HST/PST) and handling fees, depending on your province. These charges are collected by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the carrier and are the responsibility of the recipient.

EU Orders (VAT and Duties)

Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to import VAT and handling fees. The VAT rate depends on the destination country (typically 17–27%). These charges are collected by the local customs authority or the carrier and are the responsibility of the recipient.

After shipment, we will email you the tracking number and the tracking website.

The confirmation email is sent within 5 business days after purchase. Please check your spam or promotions folder.
For items that are out of stock, shipping may be delayed. Please contact us for more details.

Most of our sheet music is written in Japanese. However, since they use internationally recognized music notation, anyone who can read sheet music can use them without problems. Song titles are shown in Japanese, but we provide an English translation list. Some products are also available in English notation.

We currently sell only physical sheet music shipped from Japan. Digital versions are not available at this time.

We accept payments via PayPal and major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Additional available payment options are shown at the bottom of our website.

We are based in Odawara, Kanagawa, Japan (JST/UTC+9), and all orders are shipped from Japan.

We do not have a physical store where you can browse sheet music in person. Our products are available exclusively through our online shop.
