When will my order be shipped?
If the item is out of stock, we will order it from our supplier before shipping from our store, which may cause delays.
How long does the shipping take?
Express Delivery (Fastest)
- Carrier: DHL or Japan Post (EMS)
- Delivery time: 1–2 weeks (often 5–7 days)
- Tracking number provided
Standard Delivery (Most Affordable)
- Carrier: Japan Post
- Delivery time: 2 weeks – 1 month
- Some countries may take over 1 month; delays may occur
- Tracking number provided
- Note: For US destinations, Standard Shipping may not be available due to Japan Post’s suspension.

My package was returned to Wasabi Sheet Music. Can you resend it?
If your order is returned to us, the shipping cost for resending will be charged to the customer.
If you prefer to cancel instead, we will issue a refund for the order amount minus the original shipping cost.

United States (DDU, duties/taxes after Aug 29, 2025)
US Orders (Customs Duties and Shipping after August 29, 2025)
Starting August 29, 2025, the United States has abolished the de minimis exemption (previously USD 800 tax-free). This means all imports to the US are now subject to customs duties and taxes, regardless of the declared value.
We ship under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Duties, taxes, and handling fees are charged by the carrier upon delivery and are the recipient’s responsibility. These charges are not included at checkout.
Important Shipping Notice:
• Since August 27, 2025, Japan Post (EMS & parcels) has suspended most shipments of goods to the US.
• If you select Express Delivery, we will ship by DHL.
• If you select Standard Shipping, your order may not be deliverable due to the suspension.
✅ For guaranteed delivery, please choose Express Delivery (DHL).
Please note that due to these regulatory changes, additional fees or delivery delays may occur. Thank you for your understanding.

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import taxes (GST/HST/PST) and handling fees, depending on your province. These charges are collected by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the carrier and are the responsibility of the recipient.
EU Countries (Import VAT & handling fees)
EU Orders (VAT and Duties)
Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to import VAT and handling fees. The VAT rate depends on the destination country (typically 17–27%). These charges are collected by the local customs authority or the carrier and are the responsibility of the recipient.
