I have tried to contact Wasabi Music multiple times regarding their mistaken shipment, but there is no response. I ordered this but they sent me Trombone music instead. I would have preferred to not give them a one star review, but their failure to respond is very disturbing. Are the rest of the reviews on this site just a lie?

On April 9th, we sent a message via Shopify informing you that the correct item, Studio Ghibli Collection for Oboe and Piano, had been shipped that same day. If you missed that message, we’ve also sent a copy via email for your reference.

My book of music arrived quickly all the way from Japan! When I missed the delivery the company followed up with me to make sure I knew I had to pick it up so it wouldn't be sent back. I like the collection of music and am looking forward to playing it!
