What are the shipping methods?

We use DHL Express(with Tracking number and Fast) or Japan post office.

What are the fastest shipping methods?

* The goods you ordered will be shipped within 5 business days after we confirmed your payment.

What are the lowest priced shipping methods?

Please choose ”Standard Delivery (Normal Airmail) ”

* Standard Delivery usually takes 4-12 weeks for the item to be delivered. Sometimes there is a delay with this standard delivery.
* You cannot track your package since there is no tracking number.
* The goods you ordered will be shipped within 5 business days after we confirmed your payment.

Why haven't I received my shipment confirmation email?

A shipment confirmation email should be sent to you within 5 business days after completing your purchase. Most of the time, missing shipping confirmations can be found in the spam/promotions folder provided by your email client. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation there, please contact us and we will make sure you receive a confirmation email.

Why haven't I received my tracking number of my package?

After we ship your item, we will inform you of your tracking number and the website. If you haven't received your tracking nubmer, please contact us.
* Standard Delivery has no tracking number.

 

TAX

• Price does not include VAT and customs fees. Payment of tax and duties will be charged to the client by transport company when the package is arrived.
• The Japanese consumer tax(10%) is added to the order to be shipped to the address in Japan.
• It depends on transport company and country regulations. Once your order has shipped, a shipment notification will be sent via email.
• Please ask to transport company directly, we can not take responsibility when all deliveries in your country.
